SYNOPSIS:

In a distant future, humanity drifts through space aboard the colossal ship APEIRON. Dorian Crooke, grandson of the legendary pirate Alex Korden, is celebrated as a brilliant visionary and determined leader of the APEIRON society. But beneath his perfect facade, cracks begin to show. After a harrowing war for freedom, he spirals into darkness, becoming addicted to drugs and entangled in a destructive relationship with the married astrophysicist Tiffany Winter.

As they reach the mysterious Altair system, Dorian uncovers ancient secrets that defy scientific understanding. On the alien planet TREECOVER, he joins the APEIRON’s first research team, where he encounters terrifying life forms and a horror-filled revolution, narrowly escaping with his life. Yet, upon returning to the spaceship, his demons take hold, leading him down a dark path that ultimately ends in murder, driven by obsessions, thirst for power, and an insatiable desire for truth.
